In addition to these custom services, a curated collection of conservation stock photography is also available for license. How are your services priced?
Each package is billed at $135/hour, with a minimum number of hours based on the scope of work. This allows you to customize the experience to your needs and ensures that we can plan for pre-production, fieldwork, editing, and consultation time.
• Package 1 starts at $810 (6-hour minimum at $135/hr)
• Package 2 starts at $2,430 (18-hour minimum at $135/hr)
• Package 3 starts at $4,860 (36-hour minimum at $135/hr)
• Package 4 is custom — pricing depends on the scale and timeline
Need help deciding what fits your budget? I’m happy to offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to help you scope a project.
What if we don’t have a large budget?
I understand that not all nonprofits have the same financial capacity. If you’re a small or grassroots organization, I offer limited sliding scale pricing and can help you build my services into a grant proposal.
I also offer scaled-down versions of larger packages for seasonal work, community campaigns, or pilot projects.
Who owns the photos at the end of the contract?
You do. All final images are delivered with full usage rights, so you can use them in perpetuity across your marketing, donor materials, website, social media, and reports. There are no licensing fees or annual renewals.
This means you’re investing in content that will serve your organization for years, not just one fundraising season.
Can you help us choose a project to document and show us how to use the images?
Absolutely. My approach is collaborative. I’ll help you identify what stories will resonate with your audience, capture them effectively, and advise on how to use the content for maximum impact. I can even join you for internal planning sessions or strategy meetings if helpful.
What do we need to provide?
Each project begins with a consultation where we’ll talk through your goals, intended uses, and any existing materials. You’ll designate a point of contact and provide logistical support (introductions to staff or partners, project timelines, etc.). I’ll take it from there.
